It depends on where you’re coming from:

• If you’re staying in Bacalar or Mahahual:
  We’ll send the meeting point or pick-up instructions after booking. Some tours include transportation, others meet directly at the marina or starting point.

• If you’re arriving on a cruise ship (Costa Maya):
  We’ll provide step-by-step directions and photos to our meeting point just outside the port area. We also monitor ship times to make logistics easy and stress-free.

Some of our tours include round-trip transportation, while others offer it as an optional add-on depending on your group size and location.

Yes, if you’re arriving by cruise, we plan departures around your arrival and departure time to ensure you return safely and comfortably before boarding. If your ship changes schedule or cannot dock, we offer flexible solutions and refunds (see cancellation policy below).

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund of any deposit paid. If the tour is cancelled by us due to weather, safety, or cruise schedule changes (including ship not docking), you’ll also receive a full refund.

Light tropical rain is normal and tours usually continue as planned.
If the weather is unsafe or the lagoon is closed by authorities, we will:

• Reschedule (if possible), or

• Offer a full refund.

It depends on the experience:

• Most of our boat and sightseeing tours are family-friendly and suitable for all ages, including children and seniors. Life jackets are available in multiple sizes, and we can assist with easy boarding when needed.

• Sunrise Paddle Tour (very important):
  This experience requires physical effort and stamina, as participants will paddle for approximately 2–3 hours. Because it is not motorized and requires balance and endurance, it may not be suitable for young children, seniors, or guests with limited mobility.

Duration varies depending on the experience. Each tour page clearly shows the approximate time including transportation (if applicable). If you’re arriving by cruise ship, we ensure the total duration fits your available port time.

• Cash or card for optional purchases or tips

Reservations are confirmed with a secure online deposit. The remaining balance is typically paid on the day of the tour (cash or card depending on the activity and location, details appear at checkout and in your confirmation email).
